Customer Service Pledge

Every NARSA-certified radon mitigator commits to the following:Provide clear, written estimates before work begins — no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Be completely honest upfront: radon mitigation is custom work, results depend on site conditions, and sometimes additional steps (and costs) are needed to reach safe levels.
Act in good faith — recommend only what is necessary, never pressure or mislead, and refer elsewhere if it better serves the customer.
Respond to concerns or questions within 48 hours.
Conduct a no-charge retest 2–4 weeks after installation to verify performance.
Address any clear installation issues at no extra cost within the first 30 days.
Charge fairly and transparently for any additional work required due to site-specific conditions (e.g., poor sub-slab communication, unexpected entry points).
Violation of this pledge may result in revocation of NARSAC certification.
